The Angle Community
At the heart of Angle is its community. We love all our staff, players and visitors and want everyone who visits our amazing space to have the very best experience. Because of this, we have some rules to make sure everyone gets the most from our space.
The Rules – Be Respectful, Play Fair
Our Gaming Lounge is for everyone to enjoy. By entering, you agree to follow these rules:
1. Respect Everyone
Treat all players, staff, visitors and the space with courtesy.
No harassment, bullying, discrimination, swearing or offensive language.
This is an inclusive space – everyone is welcome regardless of background, identity, or ability.
2. Play Fair
Follow the rules of each game and the instructions of staff.
No cheating, exploiting glitches, or intentionally ruining others’ experience.
3. Keep It Safe
No aggressive behaviour, throwing equipment, or damaging property.
Keep walkways clear and food/drinks away from gaming equipment.
4. Share the Space
Be mindful of noise and language.
Take turns and allow others the chance to play.
Consequences for Breaking the Rules
First Warning – Verbal reminder from staff.
Second Warning – Removal from the game session.
Final Action – You may be asked to leave the lounge and could be banned from future use..
If your actions are considered a severe breach of the rules, our staff may skip any of the above steps at their discretion.
In addition, poor behaviour outside our space or bans at other similar venues, may also result in a ban.
Work experience placements across our Escape Rooms, Gaming Lounge and Axe Throwing Range
If you know a young person looking for work experience who would be interested in spending some time with us, we’re happy to help!
We’re able to offer placements across various areas of our organisation, depending on requirements and interests. We can offer work experience throughout the year but are limited on total student count at any one time.
Whilst we’re open to discuss alternative times, we’d suggest the best timings for work experience to be in the evenings or weekends as there’s more to see and do when we’re busier!
If you’re interested, please send us an email and we’ll see what we can do to help!
